An engineer first. An automation partner second.
Orvane Solutions exists because most AI automation gets sold by people who've never had to defend a process change on a factory floor.
From the shop floor to the server room
I started as an industrial engineer, then earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. That meant years spent mapping processes, finding root causes, and eliminating waste on production floors where every minute of downtime has a real dollar figure attached to it.
When I moved into AI automation, I kept running into the same problem: most automation projects fail not because the AI doesn't work, but because nobody diagnosed the actual process before automating it. So I built Orvane Solutions around the diagnostic step first. It's the same discipline a Black Belt applies to any improvement project, now aimed at where AI can remove real manual work.
Six Sigma finds the problem. AI removes it.
Most automation vendors start with the technology. We start with the process. Automating a broken workflow just makes it fail faster.
-
Root-Cause First
Every engagement starts with identifying the actual bottleneck, not the one that's easiest to sell a tool against.
-
Data You Already Have
We work from your existing ERP, spreadsheets, and machine logs. It's not a rip-and-replace of your systems.
-
Measured, Not Assumed
Every automation has a defined metric it needs to move. If it doesn't move it, it gets fixed or dropped.
-
Built for Small Teams
No dedicated IT or data science staff required. The automation has to run without babysitting.
